1. 🧾 Refund Policy

We aim to deliver quality products. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, a refund may be issued under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Items:
2. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving it. Once verified, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
3. Incorrect Item Received:
4. If the item delivered is incorrect, notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange the correct item to be sent, and guide you on returning the incorrect one.

Note: Customized, personalized, or clearance items are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective.

To return an item:

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

2. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
3. In such cases, you may return the item after receiving it

marraf-এ কেনাকাটার জন্য ধন্যবাদ। আপনার সন্তুষ্টিই আমাদের অগ্রাধিকার। এই নীতিমালায় আমরা রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড এবং অর্ডার বাতিলের প্রক্রিয়া ব্যাখ্যা করেছি।

১. 🧾 রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

আমরা সর্বোচ্চ মানসম্পন্ন পণ্য সরবরাহের চেষ্টা করি। তবে যদি আপনি পণ্যে সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তাহলে নিচের শর্তে রিফান্ড পাওয়ার যোগ্য হতে পারেন:

1. ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য:

রিটার্ন করতে হলে:

2. পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, মূল অবস্থায় ও নিরাপদ প্যাকেজিং সহ ফেরত দিতে হবে

আমরা পণ্যটি ফেরত পেয়ে যাচাইয়ের পর, রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রসেস করব।

৩. ❌ অর্ডার বাতিল নীতিমালা

1. অর্ডার প্রসেস হওয়ার আগেই বাতিল করা সম্ভব
2. একবার শিপমেন্ট হলে, বাতিল করা যাবে না। তবে আপনি রিটার্ন করতে পারেন
